VANCOUVER, B.C.: Feb. 10, 2019 – Sunday’s weather is chilly but don’t start complaining yet.

There’s another storm warning in effect and it looks like snow is in the forecast all week. According to Environment Canada’s latest special weather statement, a winter storm – albeit lighter than the one seen on Friday – is set to hit the B.C. South Coast today.

Up to 10 centimetres of snow is possible for Vancouver Island and lesser amounts for the Lower Mainland but more could be expected if the storm developing off-store changes course.

Today: Sunny, increasing cloudiness and 70 per cent chance of snow in the afternoon. Windy in the afternoon, high of minus 1. Windchill of minus 14 in the morning, minus 6 in the afternoon.

Tonight: Cloudy with 70 per cent chance of snow this evening. Windchill of  minus 8 overnight.

Tomorrow: Mainly sunny but increasing cloudiness with 60 per cent chance of snow.
